Bra sängar och fint med diskmaskin i köket samt källsortering. - Location was tranquil, the rooms were spacious, the availability of a kitchen to cook - Staff were excellent, as was proximity to small convenience store and public transport, some cheap but good eateries nearby.

We had a wonderful stay. The limo service offered picked us up at the airport and drove us back at the end of our stay (all Iin time). Seeing the hotel from outside might be a bit shocking but u can easily get used to it.
The manager of the hotel came down personally to great us. He showed us around the room and gave us a local map explaining the whereabouts.
The room was very clean, spacious. With all the extras: Fridge, cooker, nespresso machine, TV, hairdryer. All the cutleries .

The location was excellent. It is a quiet, clean and comfortable accommodation with air con and a small refrigerator in in the room. Situated on the first floor of a block of apartments with a lot of small family run restaurants a few paces in each direction. A few minutes walk frm the main bus routes. I studied lots of B&Bs and spent weeks reading various reviews. The
Relais Casa Della Fornarina exceeded our expectations. Large and quiet
room. Very clean. Vouchers for a full American breakfast which we
didn't get at any other B&B we stayed at. Walking distance to
everything in Trastevere. Just don't judge a book by it's cover

The staff's attention to detail and service was impeccable. From the
moment we arrived we were greeted with coffee while we waited to be
checked in. The room was the cutest thing ever with a window overlooking
the streets of Rome (it felt like a movie). Breakfast was served on time
and there was so much to choose from. When it was time for us to check
out, the staff went out of their way to get us to the airport on time.

Great location and good value for price. Very thoughtful about details that a traveler might forget such as toothbrush and razor. We were offered the arrangement of a private transfer from the airport on arrival and that was incredibly helpful after an 8 hour overnight flight. Cost of that was also very reasonable by North American comparison. They made this a perfect start to our vacation.

Was our first time in Rome and Townhouse Spagna's location was perfect for sight seeing. We found it a perfect base to just stroll the streets and find all the various monuments at each corner.
Townhouse Spagna is located near the Spanish Steps and is a trendy part of town where all the nice boutiques are. Great city living.

Lots of options for eating on your doorstep too with a lot -
Town House Spagna is conveniently located in an alley right by the
Spanish Steps. As soon as I made a last minute booking for same day
check in, they called me to make sure I was okay to find the place and
provided directions. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a bigger
room free of charge which is always a nice surprise. Town House Spagna
is a very cute boutique style hotel and has very pretty furnishings. We
had a short stay but it was a pleasant one.
