We loved Andreas. He's the most organized, warm, friendly, patient manager I've met during our 10 day trip to Italy. He would have no problem managing upscale hotels like the Ritz. He responded immediately, from the moment we booked online. He always greets us by name and with a smile. This is a great place to stay. It was very easy to get to and has a beautiful view of Venice. Giudecca is very peaceful, which provides a nice break from the crowds. The staff were fantastic. Both young women were friendly, courteous and helpful. When we mixed our dates up and blythely overstayed, they worked out a way to accommodate us in their fully-booked hostel.

The space is nice to be in. I liked the old building itself with marble floors, high ceilings, big breakfast room and nice living room where guest can sit and talk, it adds to the feel of the city. It was incredibly clean during all the 5 days that I stayed. The staff is very friendly. The location is central. It's a women only place, so if you are not looking for a mixed noisy crowed it is perfect.

Easy to get to, we found the place very easy as it was near the vaporatto stop. There is a really good map on the website that shows a red line of the path you should take to get there.

The B&B was 5 minutes walk from Piazza San Marco. The location of B&B was in a quiet place. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. the room price was justifiable. Annalisa was very helpful with tips to visit places, restaurants etc. I would go again to the same B&B if I visit Venice in future.
