  I stayed in the hostel for 9 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, Alina is part of the staff and she gave me great advice on things and people in Florence. Very well located, is a very clean place. Florence centre is very complicated for driving and doesn't have free parking places for non-residents.
