  This B&B is close to Roma Termini (10 minutes walking) and is run by a very friendly staff. You take the lift to the 4th floor and climb the stairs to the 5th. The room and the bathroom are not very large, but everything was very clean. Our room had a window on the roof which gave it an extra charm.   My girlfriend and I booked a room in Esedra mainly because of its good location, 10min walk from Termini, 15min from Trevi Fountain area and 2min from the nearest metro station. The room was pretty neat, really clean, the bathroom was one of the nicest we had in Italy, it had a massage shower, which was pretty cool. We spent our stay in Rome partying, so we enjoyed the 24h free coffee machine the next day a lo - The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.   It is just one block from the termini station. The owners are nice. The air Conditioning works okay. Easy walk to grocery near metro and train - The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location near Termini was very convenient.
