It is a very young modern Hotel. - The stuff is just great, super-proffesional! Hotel is quite new, rooms are well-designed, good-furnished and really nice, as well as hotel itself. Breakfast is great, but quite expencive. Location is not in "touristic" place, so you can find a lot of cafe, bars and shopes with usual prices.

The hotel was a stopover on our way to Civitavechia to board a cruise. We flew into Rome airport and it was simple to catch a train to Trastavere, where we would need to change for Civitavechia. The hotel is in walking distance of the station and there is a flight of stone steps up to Villa Rosa where we had to check in. Hotel 11 Villino is around the corner 70 meteres away. And last but most importantly...Location, Location, Location. -
The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They really made us feel really welcome. As soon as we arrived they highlighted and recommended all the great places to visit and also the best ways to get there which was great for us. The facilities were good for the price we paid and the location was spot on - we couldn't have chosen a better place - right next to the Colosseum!

Fantastic accomodating staff who allowed us to store our bags in a spare room after checkout. They also helped us print out boarding passes, order airport taxi etc. Great location, a lovely breakfast was served by a very sweet lady which we were able to enjoy on our little balcony with a view of the rooftops and colloseum!

Staff is very helpful, the hotel was recently refurbished and the design is very fancy. Location is one of the best in the city, just next to the Coliseum. If you need to go to a restaurant there are many options close by and transportation as well such as buses and train. 20 min walking from Termini Terminal. -

This place is a Trastevere gem! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of all of the action (noise wasn't too bad, didn't have to use the ear plugs I brought). Beautiful character rooms nicely renovated but remained charm, with lovely luxury details, like monsoon shower head , robes and slippers available to wear, .. Fridge with juice and able to make hot drinks at any time in room next door.
