  The receptionists Lorenzo and Daniel are phenomenal! Daniel patiently answered all 100 of our questions. Lorenzo got us an appointment w/a high-end spa and arranged for a cab. When my flight changed, Lorenzo was so kind to call the airline for me, and my issue was resolved. Their service was superb! Very pleased to s - Stayed here for three nights. Perfect location - walking distance to all the main attractions. Rooms were big enough for two people. Luxurious bathroom and good wifi. Hair dryer is decent. Rooms are very secure and you feel at home in them. We didn't have the breakfast as we enjoyed exploring each morning. The men at the front desk were always polite and willing to help. Would definitely stay here again!

  Helpful staff;there was a mistake and we were taken to a room with two twin beds while we had asked for a double, and when we informed them at the reception they transferred us to another room immediately.   Excellent location, very convenient commute from/ to airport by bus, or rail, as it's close to Termini hub. The hotel is also adjacent to the first stop on the hop on hop off bus but also within 20 mins walk of many attractions.
