  Excellent location and standard of room - delightful quiet part of Venice, very helpful staff - Umberto met us at the vaporetto stop and helped us get our bags to the hotel. The room was gorgeous with beautiful canopied bed and large bathroom all just completed.

  We loved that it was so easy to get to and from the Realto Bridge for arrivals and departures and for additional day trips... It was wonderful to be able to walk to and fro to San Marco's Square and despite the close proximity, the price was very reasonable. The hotel was spotless and breakfast plenty and delicious. They provided locked up baggage servic - The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt.   The deluxe suite is just amazing, huge and beautiful, and very well-heated. The water in the shower is spectacularly warm, breakfast is modest but good, location is very convenient and just by the Piazza San Marco. - Friendly staff and superb facilities.

  Good location in quiet small pretty square close to St Marks Sq and gondola's. Clean, bright and nicely decorated / finished. Excellent friendly staff. Our passports were pick-pocketted when boarding passenger ferry to car park on departure - nothing to do with hotel but receptionist was most helpful with advice. Beware ferrys / pick pockets! The staff were very friendly, attentive and efficient. Buffet breakfast contained a very good choice of foods and refreshments.   The staff were fantastic: friendly, obliging, and went the extra mile whenever we asked for anything. The hotel is small but our room was quite large. The whole place is well kept, comfortable and, coupled with the warm service, has a very homely feel. It is 2 mins walk to St. Marks Sq and about 4-5 mins walk to the Rialto Bridge. Having said that... vad folk säger » , the street is not a throughway so no crowds passing by. Perfect! - The layout is such that all of our three rooms were a few steps from where the owner or other staff were seated. They were very attentive to our needs, We came in two groups and both needed help finding the place. In both cases the staff found us and guided us to the hotel.

  The location is brilliant. Very near to everything, but in an area where we felt we weren't being ripped-off....just a few steps away from more residential areas and the "real" Venice. A 10 minute stroll through gorgeous little streets and you're at the Rialto Bridge, or get the ferry gondola 2 steps away from the hotel and cross to the market. We were in the Pesaro Suite - which was utterly sensational! Massive room, balcony overlooking canal, enormous very comfortable bed, large bathroom with spa bath and breakfast included! Was by far our favourite hotel of our European holiday! Definitely recommend and would go back in an instant! Very easy to get to - if you arrive in Vencie via Train, catch the #1 Water Taxi, and get off about 4 stops down at D'Caro - if you fly in, the taxi will take you to the waterway, catch the #1

  Very nice clean room in the center of Venice. We got map and the hotel owner told us, where should we go, recommended some restaurants.... The breakfast was also nice, served in the room: coffee, juice, buns, croissant/muffin, butter, jam, cheese, joghurt. We, two girls, liked the room and service very much and would stay again there.
