The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt. The staff were warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The staff helped us with our luggage, which was certainly not expected, but very much appreciated. The hotel was beautifully presented and maintained, and helped give that feeling of antiquity that you get in Venice.

Lovely small hotel with friendly, helpful staff and in a quiet but central position. The hotel recommended best water taxi company to use, and made sure that although we arrived outside reception hours [1 pm] we could leave our bags safely and go for some lunch until 3pm when reception opens. We look forward to staying here again, and will be recommending Antica Casa Coppo to any friends coming to Venice

Allt! Personalen är jättetrevlig, hotellet är litet och ligger trevligt där några rum vetter åt en liten kanal och några mot en öppen plats vilket ger dagsljus in i rummen. The hotel made us feel welcome even before we arrived by sending us an email giving us directions and general information. Breakfast was very nicely tended and the staff was amazingly courteous at all times of the day (even late night). The location is fantastic (5 minutes from Rialto bridge and 7 minutes to Piazzo San Marco). There is plenty of shopping and eats in the area. Rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are newly renovated and very clean.

The location is great, next to 2 vaporetto stops, Ca'dÓro and F.te Nove (you can get to the airport easily from the latter), and yet it is not in a crowded, touristy location.
The place is very unusual - in the 2 days we were there, we saw an exhibition of photographs / textiles in the entrance (as part of the Venice Biennale), and we also witnessed a dance (tango!) in the main hall. Andrea is a good host and very helpful.

The location was INCREDIBLE! The room was perfect and even had a roomy balcony. I can't say enough good things about the staff.
