Helt perfekt läge. - It was right next to the Rialto Bridge and easy to get to from the airport. Just take the vapperetto line 1 or 2 direction to San Marco, and get off at Rialto. We had a beautiful room overlooking the Rialto Bridge and main canal in Venice. We were able to see the gondolas go by and the room was super comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff was very friendly as well. - Nice hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast, good excellent location.

The staff could not do enough for us and treated us like silk worms. Nothing was a problem. Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt. This is an good hotel for a family. The hotel staff was excellent! They really went out of their way to accommodate us. We also enjoyed having a family room as these are hard to come by. The staff were fantastic: friendly, obliging, and went the extra mile
whenever we asked for anything.
The hotel is small but our room was quite large. The whole place is well kept, comfortable and, coupled with the warm service, has a very homely feel.
It is 2 mins walk to St. Marks Sq and about 4-5 mins walk to the Rialto Bridge. Having said that

The layout is such that all of our three rooms were a few steps from
where the owner or other staff were seated. They were very attentive to
our needs, We came in two groups and both needed help finding the place.
In both cases the staff found us and guided us to the hotel.

The staff were warm and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The staff helped us with our luggage, which was certainly not expected, but very much appreciated. The hotel was beautifully presented and maintained, and helped give that feeling of antiquity that you get in Venice.

We have already recommended Antica Casa Coppo to our friends. -
Lovely small hotel with friendly, helpful staff and in a quiet but central position. The hotel recommended best water taxi company to use, and made sure that although we arrived outside reception hours [1 pm] we could leave our bags safely and go for some lunch until 3pm when reception opens. We look forward to staying here again, and will be recommending Antica Casa Coppo to any friends coming to Venice
