  perfect! - Good value for the money. Great breakfast. Fairly quiet, yet just a quick bus ride away from train station. Staff at reception willing to help; they made an effort to change us from a standard double room to one with two twin beds. Nice interior gardens and nice sitting rooms in the lobby.

  The hotel was close to the Termini and in a safe location. The girls at reception were friendly and helpful and also carried my suitcase up to the first floor...much appreciated . The bed was comfortable with furniture being tradipional - Staff were excellent, very helpful and informative.   Our rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Coffee and juice and pastry was served, for a simple breakfast. Neighborhood is very nice and a short walk to the train station. The hotel is about a block from Independence Square on a side street with little traffic. The attached trattoria is excellent. We would return and/or recommend this hotel to an - Staff is really friendly, helped to us so much. Even gave map and a lot of times showed on it what we must see and how we can walk. Room is so good for this money, its big and all from natural wood. On floor 4 or 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms, it is so comfortable too. Location is so good: nearly railway station, 20 minutes walk to Coliseum.

Note, that hotel is located on the 3rd floor (!) of an old building, where elevator aged of 100 years too. First of all, elevator is quite tiny.
