Excellent hotel with a good location near Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio and Uffizi. excellent rooms and excellent service. This hotel is a lesson many top starred hotels should learn from on how to provide service. Joey and Lorenzo are very helpful, providing personal service and tips on what should be visited. They make the whole stay wonderful.

What a great little place in a perfect location. The staff is amazing and very helpful. We were first time visitors to Italy. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us print out tickets etc. Recommended some of the best food we had. The location is tucked away in a coutyard by a church right off of a main street that leads to everything you would want to see in Florence. Would stay there again.

This was a perfect location being just a few meters off piazza de la signoria in the heart of Florence. I like this residence. they prepare everything. Neat and tidy, comfort and warm. The staff, Mr. Luca who can be trusted and give you much support and he is also 24-hours online. The place is really beautiful (the building as well as the rooms) and the best value for money of any place that we stayed in in Italy. Great location +-5 min walk to Ponte Vecchio and a few metres from the Arno River. Free use of washing machine available. It would be hard to find a better place than this without spending considerably more. I would stay here again.

we had a 3 bed room which was very big for Florence and nicely decorated, big bathroom too. the administrator friendly, he recommended a very nice restaurant( expensive but worth the money) . -

This location was wonderful, a block or so from the Ufizzi and walking distance to most of the major attractions, in the heart of the old city. A wonderful room w a loft (my granddaughter stayed with us one night), very clean, charming old building. Duccio, the owner, made this even better. Incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this for anyone visiting Florence

We stayed 6 nights in the summer.
The location is simply perfect. The rooms are great as well - spacious, clean and with good facilities (water cooker for example). I'd advise to pay for the airco in the summer to close the windows to prevent noise from outside.
The breakfast is also very nice; outside of the B&B in a typical Florentine bakery

We ended up in a small suite in another building which had a complete kitchen. The location is great; in the 'Dante' area of Florence. The person in charge of the hotel - Raymond - speaks English and is very helpful (he was born around the corner from the hotel). Keep in mind that Florence in June is packed with tourists and that Florence is an expensive city compared to other Tuscan cities. Thus, in general the hotel rooms will seem like a lot less value for the money vs. the rooms in othe

And the jacuzzi was so relaxing after days filled with walking. If you're debating whether or not to spend extra money on the room with the jacuzzi - do it!
