The manager Roberto was lovely and also a wonderful host who couldnt have been anymore helpful. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone staying in Florence.

This B&B is really central, but quiet. It is less than a five minute
walk to the Duomo in one direction and Ponte Vecchio in another. All
major places of interest are within very easy walking distance, as is
the station. Allesandro and Cesare were very helpful and friendly, they
were also happy to book restaurants for us. When we checked in we were
given a map and suggestions of restaurants. The room was very clean and

This location was wonderful, a block or so from the Ufizzi and walking distance to most of the major attractions, in the heart of the old city. A wonderful room w a loft (my granddaughter stayed with us one night), very clean, charming old building. Duccio, the owner, made this even better. Incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this for anyone visiting Florence

Novella House is renovated 1800s apartment house with original frescos on the ceilings. It is impossible to roll your luggage into the hotel but fortunately the owner took our bags up into the room (there is a small lift). Our room was spacious with a decent bed; there was a sitting area for tea and coffee, but the bathroom was so tiny, it had a foldaway shower. The room itself is quiet but outside the window you have the typical Italian street noise, maybe more so as there is a boarding house

Great location. Stones throw away from the Duomo and the busy cute streets (city centre). Clean rooms and beautifully decorated. Very family friendly. Has a small elevator which helps to transport luggage (we were on 4th floor). Breakfast vouchers for food from cafe next door which gave a fruit drink, coffee, croissant and sandwich. It's proximity to the Duomo gave us an excellent central point from which to do all our touring on foot. Breakfast selection was varied and good.
