  My partner and I stayed here in August for 2 nights. We were welcomed by David who was incredibly helpful and recommended two restaurants in the local area that were out of this world and very reasonable for the quality! Could not want a better location just minutes from Ponte Vecchio on the quieter side of the river. They have a small but fantastic spa downstairs - The suite was more than fantastic; the staff were caring and attentive; couldn't have been more helpful; the beds were Devine; the spa relaxing and the best position just near the bridge. Please go and stay with them you just couldn't find a bettervplace in Florence

  We had a suite with Jacuzzi and balcony. Our room gets cleaned twice a day and all towels changed Excellent location next to all attractions and shopping. Super clean. .   The look of the Hotel is very Modern and very Chic, it has beautiful art and the location was fantastic right by all the main attractions.   Tourist House Ghiberti was very close to the Duomo and within easy walking distance of the railway station and all the attractions we came to see. Claudio was an excellent host. Buffet breakfast was simple and very nice. Room was clean and facilities were more than we required (internet etc). We will be recommending to our friends. - The size of both the bedroom and bathroom and the charm of this historic building. It's proximity to the Duomo gave us an excellent central point from which to do all our touring on foot. Breakfast selection was varied and good. Claudio was very helpful in answering all our questions. Having free interent access was great for additional research while in Italy and checking in with family.
