The owner, Ricardo, is the most charming and welcoming host we have met anywhere. The rooms are clean, the kitchen facility handy, breakfast is delicious, and the location between the Ponte Veccio and the Pitti Palace is convenient to everything. The hotel is located in a perfect spot in the historical center. It seems that it used to be an apartment before so it is a bit hard to find but at the same time gives really interesting experience of an "inside". The location was perfect, you can walk to all the major tourist sites/attractions. The hotel was also a near grocery shop, souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants. The Lady Manager was very friendly, efficient and really did a wonderful job to her customers. The cleaning lady was very polite and respectful and did a good job. I will stay again in this hotel

It was only about a 10 minute walk from the Florence train station. Hotel was easy to find & has an elevator to the 3rd floor. We had a large room that did not have any street noise. We were very welcome by the whole staff, mainly by Gina, the owner. They were kind in managing to give us a calm room, exactly as we had asked in the site. Modern decoration, silent air-conditioning, comfortable bed, convinent location and delicious breakfast. During our stay, my boyfriend celebrated his b-day. Imagine our surprise when we arrived at breakfast room and found Gina with a millefoglie cake and champagne for us both! I would defintely recommend this hotel for anyone. Can´t wait to

The stuff was friendly and helpful. The location was great. The hotel isreally close to the centre of the city. The breakfast was great tastyand fresh. We loved having an apartment where we had the option to eat local food that we bought vs eating out. We loved the view and the cheerful colour of the apartment and the location, close to the Domo. And our hostess Alexandra was bubbly and friendly and we felt at home.
