  Staff (Larisa) made us feel at home and was exceptionally friendly andhelpful. Location was perfect for our stay - close to the train stationand major sites. The room was beautifully furnished and very comfortablefor our family of four. The view from the bedroom provided a wonderfulTuscan sunset.   The price and cleanliness were excellent. The staff was helpful and kind, allowing me to store bags at nearby Hotel Almani, providing towels, in fact changing the linen almost daily, also assisting me with bags. The directions on their web site are excellent, easy to find. - the apartment is spacious and comfortable
