  väldigt snabb incheckning och trevligt bemötande. vi fick bagaget uppburet på rummet av en Piccolo som också drog upp persiennerna, det kändes lyxigt.   Perfect location - in the centre of shopping streets and squares, many bars and restaurants, room was well equiped, good breakfast (we can eat anytime because it was prepared in the room). There was fast wifi internet and TV, nice restaurant under the hostel (you can have 10% discount as a hostel guest).   The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. This is a charming older hotel that may not have every modern amenity but is spotlessly clean. The location was perfect - very easy to get to the Alta Citta or the funivia for a trip to San Vittorio.   We had a wonderful nights stay at Casa Vacanze Laura. Laura was in contact with us soon after we made the booking to arrange a time for her to bring us the keys. On arrival we called her and she was with us within 5 mins with the keys for the apartment and the pass to park the car on the street for free which was brilliant. The living/kitchen is the perfect size for a couple, the kitchen has a two ring hob and there is a fridge which would mea - The apartment is perfect for a short stay in Bergamo. It is in a perfect location between cita Alta and cita bassa, both easily reach walking. You have everything you need in the apartment and it has nice furniture. Laura is wonderful and very helpful.   Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help.   Sonya was a delight as she spoke English well and was always available to answer any questions and ensure that our accomodation was what we had expected.
