Location was fabulous and they made me feel like I was home. Very comfortable and friendly. - as already said by others, the location is excellent. and in no particular order: The bed was very comfortable; the staff was welcoming and helpful; coffee was tasty; and even the weather cooperated. we'd stay at Eva's again any time.

- perfect location - just a few minutes from Termini station and a walking distance from all main sights of the city center
- the apartment is light & spacious enough
- with it's 2 twin bedrooms & 2 sofas in the living-room it is ideal for 2 couples or a family wit

The owner was very helpful and was always available. We had some
trouble connecting to the wifi and she gave us the use of her tablet
which had a separate internet connection. She also didn't charge us
for the wifi. The location is great as it is right next to the main
road - Via Nazionale. It was also located in a very safe area as the
place was next to the Ministry of Defence offices. Presentation-wise:
you get what you pay for.

noise of the city, while also being within walking distance of all the

The staff is very nice, he shows us the places to visit and how to take the transport. The location is good, only few minutes to the metro, and the train station is also 10 to 15 minutes walk. The breakfast is good too.

Loved the location and friendly staff. This was our first experience with a B&B and all I can say is that this was just great. It's a minute from Trevi fountain, costs 8 euro from Termini by taxi.

This is a small hotel - about 6 rooms in a large building in the Embassy region of the City. so it is very quiet and has a safe feeling. The people were very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy there. The place had high ceilings and a very comfortable bed. The shower was in the room but it had a screen for privacy. Nice balcony that overlooked street. In good neighborhood and too far from things. The bedding was very nice. We would stay there again because we enjoyed the neighborhood atmosphere.
