  The location is excellent and can walk everywhere and the staff at thehotel are very friendly and helpfull !! If going by train from airportearly location just a walk to the hotel..very easy!!! Room was great andairconditioned which you need in July.   Läget - The owners were really friendly, helped us by giving us city information/maps and even upgraded our room to the suite at no extra cost!! The location of the hotel is ideal, with only 2 minutes walk to both the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain and the metro station just around the corner. Plus the breakfast was lovely too. Metro VERY close to use for Vatican,Colosseum,etc. Had family room for 4 - seperate bed and a couch for 10 and 13 year-old kids, heavy curtain between kids' beds and adult bed, 2 balcony doors to view of St. Peter's, quiet and blinds/curtains for darkening.
