  We had some difficulties with our booking due to unclear communication with bookings.com but the hotel staff, in particular Claudio was fantastic and sorted it out for us very pleasantly and efficiently. The bell staff and doorman greeted us warmly every time we entered or left the hotel. The roof top bar was a beautiful place to st - My wife and I greatly appreciated our stay at this hotel. We have a wonderful time there, and the receptionist was so helpful. To be honest all the staff was very nice and helpful. Not to forget the restaurant la terrazza briliant, with a veal to die for among other wonders. The one star Michelin is really well deserved.
