  We had some difficulties with our booking due to unclear communication with bookings.com but the hotel staff, in particular Claudio was fantastic and sorted it out for us very pleasantly and efficiently. Good, clean rooms. - We had a very good stay at Residenza Ki - the hotel is in an excellent location, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Gigi).   This is a lovely boutique/lofty kind of hotel. Location is excellent. We arrived at the hotel not quite knowing how to get in as there was no signage. Rang door bell and someone came down very quickly to let us in. We entered up some stairs and around a corner...still not really sure what we were getting ourselves into. Lovely pastries and water available for us as we checked i - This hotel has a perfect location, about 7 min walk from Fontana Di Trevi and within a walk distance to Colosseum, Vittorio, Pantheon, Spanish steps etc. Our room was small but clean and quiet, and after all we didn´t spend so much time in the room. The staff was very friendly – they offered happy hour every day and we missed it every day. But when we came back to the hotel in the night they had placed two glasses of Prosseco and some canape´s in our room :-) The Breakfast was also very good wi

  Everything!! I came here with my wife and sister-in-law, and this apartment was incredible and gave us enough space for privacy. Our check in time was at 14:00, but we arrived at 10:30 and our hostess Cristina allowed us to check in early.   The Hotel Eden is located in the heart of Rome, but out of the way of the fray and traffic. Near the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain, great restaurants and shopping are nearby. The concierge staff responded to every request, before we arrived and during our stay. The bell staff and doorman greeted us warmly every time we entered or left the hotel. The roof top bar was a beautiful place to st - My wife and I greatly appreciated our stay at this hotel. We have a wonderful time there, and the receptionist was so helpful. To be honest all the staff was very nice and helpful. Not to forget the restaurant la terrazza briliant, with a veal to die for among other wonders. The one star Michelin is really well deserved.
