  Läget - The owners were really friendly, helped us by giving us city information/maps and even upgraded our room to the suite at no extra cost!! The location of the hotel is ideal, with only 2 minutes walk to both the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain and the metro station just around the corner. Plus the breakfast was lovely too.   Excellent small new boutique hotel! we stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed every mintue. We ordered a deluxe room but when we got there they upgarded us to an executive room which was wonderful! big room, clean, quiet, good wifi and free water, fruits and snacks.   The hotel was excellent! The staff couldn't be nicer. Every morning there was a breakfast with bread, pastries, cereal, fruit, Nutella, cookies, cheese and salami, yogurt! There was a staff member there that mass your coffee for you. They had the table set up for you an took away your dishes when done. A tv, desk, fridge, closet, a big shower. We stayed in a - Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Monica showed us the highlights in the area on the map and printed our tickets and boarding passes. She arranged a driver for us for our 6am flight out. We spent over 3 weeks traveling throughout Italy and this place was by far the best price to value for the level of accommodations. It is within walking distance (5-10 min) to major sites and a convenient bus stop is just around the corner. Yes, you can hear your
