This B&B is located very closely to the train station (5 min. walking) and bus station (10 min. walking). Also the water taxi stop Riva di Biasio is only 2 min. walking distance. The couple Sergio and Marcella are very nice, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious, prepared and served by Marcella in their little tiny kitchen. Also they let us keep the luggage in their house after checkout while we were sightseeing. Quiet area. Definitely would come back to this plac

Ca'Spezier was very very clean and well maintained. Monica was
pleasant and helpful. Her directions were spot on in getting us there
from the train station, The ceiling fan gave a welcome refresher from
the day's heat. Each day, there was plenty of cheese, juice,
cereal, and pastry for breakfast. I would stay again and highly
recommend Ca'Spezier.

Lovely rooms which are all set off the kitchen/shared space area. Breakfast served until 10am on a self-service basis which had a nice selection of drinks, breads, jams and cheeses. Get three keys when checking in which means you can come and go to the property as you please. Overall, a lovely guest house.

Hospitality and warm reception of the owner of B&B Cristina, his patience, goodwill and readiness to help if his guests have any problems or questions about the city (sightseeing, shopping, where to eat and so on). Comfortable, spacious rooms, nicely furnished and decorated, the windows of which overlook one of the canals. The size of the room where I stayed and its decor match the best 5 star hotels.
