  It was a very good location. Although we passed the door once and had to go back. The first impression when entering the main door was not the best. But then when we entered the door to The Pantheon Relais it was a different world. So elegant,nice and comfortable. The room had been refurbished 3-4 months ago and was so nice.that goes for the bathroom as well. - Great location and good value for price. Very thoughtful about details that a traveler might forget such as toothbrush and razor. We were offered the arrangement of a private transfer from the airport on arrival and that was incredibly helpful after an 8 hour overnight flight. Cost of that was also very reasonable by North American comparison. They made this a perfect start to our vacation.

  When you go to a hotel like this, you pay first of all for the location. You should be prepared that any additional perks must be considered as an extra bonus. But this hotel has many.   The staff at Navona Suites were extremely helpful. The answer was always 'yes' and with a smile. They dealt with every single request immediately and gave great advice on places to visit and local expertise on prices and timings of trips.   The hotel was located central to all the sights of Rome that we were interested in visiting: Spanish steps, Palantine Hill, Colosseum, etc. There was a never ending source of restaurants, cafes, shops around the hotel. We were a five-minute walk to the Metro which made it convenient for us to get to with all our luggage. The decor was very rustic and the furniture was dark - We loved this little hotel - the bathroom was large (for European standards). All of the employees we dealt with where quite friendly and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel as we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to visit - the Vatican, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Coliseum, Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps.

  Location was so convenient. We walked everywhere. Loved being near Piazza Navone. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. We stayed in the smallest room but every amenity was provided with good taste and thoughtfulness. Mini fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks at no extra cost. Best of all were the hosts, Marco and Emiliano. The - The staff's attention to detail and service was impeccable. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with coffee while we waited to be checked in. The room was the cutest thing ever with a window overlooking the streets of Rome (it felt like a movie). Breakfast was served on time and there was so much to choose from. When it was time for us to check out, the staff went out of their way to get us to the airport on time. Three days after our stay we realized we forgot our IPad in the safety box

  The room was spacious and clean. It had several secure doors to gain entry so was extremely safe. My room overlooked a piazza which was nice.   One of the finest luxury hotels in Rome. Architecture at the highest level: a mixture between Renassaince and modernity. Very nice and height rooms with a spectacular ceiling. The best part of the hotel was the staff. I've never seen such a friendly staff. First off, the location was perfect. From the Piazza del Gesu you can walk everywhere on your tourist map. The only time we cabbed was to go back and forth to the Vatican. The service was excellent. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy. The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone in Rome)
