Giorgio was great all the time and very friendly, the bathroom and room
was very clean and very nice decorated and the heat worked perfect. We
had some trouble with the internet (problems of the internet service
company, not of the hotel) and Giorgio solved it the next day. The

Very clean. Giorgio was kind and professional despite my flight being delayed until past the normal check-in time. He speaks excellent English. Lots to do nearby, including restaurants and sightseeing. Fast wi-fi. (Just to be clear, this is not so much a hotel as an apartment rental, so don't expect lobby, etc. you would expect from a hotel.)

Really warm welcome from the staff. We were given a city map when we arrived and the main sights and how long it takes to get there were pointed out. Very cosy and comfortable appartments not far from Trastevere and all sights.
There were all necessary staff fresh towels, breakfast (either hot dishes), laundry service, air conditioner, free wi-fi.
Owners were very nice and hospitable, were ready to help and to share the useful information. Thank you, Ladies!
Moreover, near the appartments there was market with fresh vegs and fruits.

stop was Rome. I had previously booked a hotel in the Vatican city, but
decided to move it due to location. Cenci B&B has a great location
as it is so close to the main attractions, shops and little streets

Cencil B&B is very central, making it convenient to walk to most
places of interest. It is extremely clean, which I am very particular
about in any place I stay. The rooms are very comfortable with
amenities provided and a good choice of food is made available for
breakfast. Airport transfer by cab will be arranged by the staff if
requested. The staff are extremely helpful & I would recommend the
place to any tourist.

everything to make your stay pleasant and memorable.

This place is incredible and I would truly recommend you stay here if given the opportunity. The location is fantastic, the staff friendly and welcoming. The decor stunning and opulent. Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. This is somewhat a boutique hotel, and not for the budget traveller, but
... what a fantastic location. And the staff are incredibly friendly and
helpful with suggestions of what to do and where to go. Giulia (the
owner) did a soft sell on me for her custom-made jewelry, and won me
over. My wife was very happy with the ear rings. Thanks! Though no
tea/coffee making in room, just had to ask and espresso was
delivered, gratis. A nice touch.
