  The location was very close to St Marks Square with wonderful restaurants and shops. Olga, was fantastic. The place was spotless and the breakfast was not your typical coffee and muffin. Olga served meat,cheese,yogurt, freshly squeezed juice, crackers croissants, espresso and cappuccino. Good value for money. A bit "shabby chic", but that is to be expected in a city where most buildings are half-a-century old.

  Läget och personalen - The hotel room overlooked the lagoon and had two small balconies. It was a few minutes from the water bus stop so easy to find on arrival and also close to St Marks square. The hotel reception and staff were very pleasant and helpful and the room was spotless. The hotel was close to everything and it was very easy to find. We wish we would have stayed for two nights.The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was the usual cold meats and breads.

  I had such a great time here! The place is very clean and comfortable. The décor is absolutely amazing and inviting. It makes you feel very relaxed and as if you were staying in a hotel. They have many many living rooms where you can sit and chat. The view from their terrace is stunning. I had a great view from my window. It was - Great location, very easy to find, just few meters away from Grand Canal, and very close to San Marco (5min). Beautiful roof terrace. Very clean hostel. Big space where you can hang out. I came during off season,to visit Venice biennial, for one night I payed just 20 eur. Stayed in 3 bed room,and for both nights I was staying only with one very quiet Japanese girl. Breakfast is simple, but for me was just perfect, coffee, croissant, bread, jam. Definitely coming back again!

  the hotel was just a 5 min walk from Piazza san marco , a bit difficult to find but won't get you more than 10 mins the 1st time to find it . The girl in the reception is just adorable , very helpfull and very easy going . we stayed on a lovely room by the canal with my wife . very quiet area and yet very close to everything . breakfast was pret... vad folk säger » ty standard , but very fresh and nice .we would stay there again definetely! - It was a perfect location, a 5-10 minute walk to St. Mark's Square but tucked away from the crowds of tourists in Venice. It was as nice as a hotel but felt small and quaint instead of industrial. The staff member that worked there was extraordinary. She was the most pleasant person we met in Venice.

  A touch of Venice from a local family. Super hospitable, warm, friendly but also very discrete. We felt very welcome. We highly suggest to choose their B&B for your stay.

  The rooms were great, new in design. Beds were great with extra blankets and pillows. The breakfast was the normal Italian b/b pastries and meats cereals, but enough for a morning starter. The location was close to the big San Marco Square, just remember to get off the boat at the Celestial, then it's only a 10 minute walk, or cal and they welcome... vad folk säger » and get you. Thanks Santo for everything! - Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is basic european with rolls, cereal, coffee, juice, yogurt, etc. This B&B is off the beaten path in Venice, so you have to walk or take the vaparetto to most places. Walking to St Marks Square, Rialto Bridge, etc. is easy. There are 2 Vaparetto stops nearby which make travel around the city easy too.
