  Liked everything about this hotel. Calm location away from the tourist hassle and just 5­-7 min walk from piazza San Marco. May be a bit far from the train station but for us it was not a problem, walking through Venice is a pleasure of its own. Besides you can always take a vaporetto which stops nearby. The incheck was very fast and the night receptionist was very helpfull. the room was very clean and the breakfast was also fine. We liked the hotel very much.

  The location was more than excellent! It was very easy to find even for those who don't know Venice. It was very near to the main square and to the "vaporetto" stations. No more than 5 minutes on foot. Especially the staff was too helpful and polite. They were excellent. The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. The stairs were funny.   We are a family of 5 who appreciated the 3 bedrooms. The apartment was basic but clean. It was away from the crowded parts of Venice bit close enough to walk to everything. We were also able to leave our luggage securely after checking out.   The room (room 106 on first floor), was big and light with two big windows overlooking the canal, one of which opened out onto a small balcony.The bed was two beds pushed together and may be a bit firm for some people. There was a big wardrobe and drawers, a 'safe' and a dressing table plus small table and two chairs, good lighting and a big mirro... vad folk säger » r, plus large modern paintings on the wall. The en-suite bathroom was a good size and had WC, bidet, large sink, jacuzzi bath (normal size) plus tiled - This hotel was absolutely stunning! We had the junior suite with a canal view and it was amazing! The room was beautifully decorated! This hotel room, experience and location was the highlight of our trip! I highly recommend it! Even though the junior suite is a bit more money than the regular rooms, if you are wanting to treat yourself while in Italy for a couple days, I would definitely spend the extra money on this room!! Also, the breakfast was very good, even the view was amazing there! Lo
