  Absolutely fantastic! We have enjoyed ourselves a great deal at the hotel. Perfect location, excellent staff, comfort, view, breakfast, etc. - beyond all praise! Besides, It was so nice to relax at sauna and jacuzzi after a long day of sightseeng... Our special thanks to Svetlana at the reception for her kindness and helpfullness. I was initially a Venice sceptic but the magic of the place, and in particular this modern hotel, made it truly phenomenal. The location is perfect. Overlooking the nice streets, just 5 minutes walk

  the location was brilliant. got on the grand canel and the water taxi stopped right at the hotel front door. staff and room was all very nice. breakfast was the best we had during our two weeks in Italy.

  Excellent location. Also, despite some bad(ish) reviews on various websites all 10 in our party found the staff very pleasant and helpful, the dining room excellent for both breakfast and evening meals and could not fault anything. The free internet access also very useful as were the many other included facilities. - A real find. We traveled by c... vad folk säger » ar, and were able to take the ferry to the Lido and park behind the hotel. The room was spacious for three people with a nice view back towards the city. We departed before breakfast, and hotel provided "breakfast packs" to go, free of charge.
