  Giorgio was great all the time and very friendly, the bathroom and room was very clean and very nice decorated and the heat worked perfect. We had some trouble with the internet (problems of the internet service company, not of the hotel) and Giorgio solved it the next day.   Excellent accommodation - a large room, comfortable bed and seating and an excellent bathroom. It is a residenza, so don't expect hotel facilities or services.   Location is excellent in - walking distance to most major attractions. Lots of good restaurants close by. Room size was great, very spacious and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us which was helpful. We were also able to check out very late as there was no one needing the room immed... vad folk säger » iately after us. We rented bikes from a small bike shop close by (details were at the reception), and saw even more of the city. Just be careful of t - Location is great! Breakfast - in the room or on the common terrace - very good. This is a b&b on the 2nd floor of an old block, and once you get to the 2nd floor it's excellent, the rooms are large, well fitted out, clean and well serviced. However, although the booking photos show the plaza, the entrance to the building is a steel barred gate on a small side street which the taxi found tough to locate. The initial impression from the entrance gate is therefore not as expected.

  Wonderful hotel. Clean, modern and extremely comfortable. Silvia and Gabriele are extremely friendly hosts, and are as knowledgeable of the local area as you can be. Only down side is a small breakfast by English standards, but plenty of continental selection. Website photos are totally accurate, and you will not be let down.   This is the second time we stayed at Regola, first time was at Residence Regola, this time we tried the Regola Suites (for our honeymoon). Since we remembered our last stay expectations were high and I am very pleased to say we were not disappointed. Great air conditioning. Super nice and helpful staff were willing to do whatever we needed. They even left us a bottle of wine with a lovely note and two glasses. Breakfast in the room is fantastic and delicious. Good location not too far from a lot of sights and especially close to Trastevere and the Jewish Ghetto. This hotel was truly a highlight in a two week trip through Italy.

Staff were friendly and willing to provide help and information that you may need, breakfast was so good, with wheat and white bread, cheese, ham, yogurt, cereal, several kinds of cake, cupcakes, fruit and freshly brewed coffee made by their beautiful staff, not from an automatic coffee machine! Staff were very helpful and friendly, much more so than any larger establishment we've stayed in. Walking distance to all the major sights: only 5mins from Piazza Navona and The Pantheon. Lovely continental breakfast in the morning. They were able to arrange airport pick up / drop off which was more reasonable than a cab too.
