It was new, good bathroom and beds. We had a real ironing board and iron. Very quiet, no smoking, close to everything in central Rome, we walked to everything we wanted to see. Staff were good without fawning and obviously tip trawling. Most importantly it lived up to it's on line promotion, photos were honest.

The Ripetta 25 apartment we stayed in was fantastic, it had both design
and functionality, and was cleaned and organized. It is the best way to
visit Rome without worrying about restaurants. In the small kitchen you
have everything you need to prepare a nice meal (better than in many
restaurants!) They provide you with salt, sugar, coffee, olive oil and
all the basic kitchen equipment. All you need to do is to walk 5 minutes
to the supermarket. The staff was amazing and we really felt at home.

The hotel was clean and pretty. The location could not be any better, as it is right across from the Spanish Steps and the Spagna train stop. The first person who was at the desk when I arrived was incredibly helpful and nice, and had them clean my room for me first, since I was so tired from my plane ride. He also told me where I could go at night that was not full of tourists. The breakfast served in my room was also very nice.

My husband & I recently stayed at Les Fleurs and were thoroughly
impressed with the design, the large rooms and most importantly the
service. It's a small 5 bedroom boutique so it was an intimate stay
and the staff was more than accomodating. The rooms & bathrooms are

Was our first time in Rome and Townhouse Spagna's location was perfect for sight seeing. We found it a perfect base to just stroll the streets and find all the various monuments at each corner.

Lots of options for eating on your doorstep too with a lot -
Town House Spagna is conveniently located in an alley right by the
Spanish Steps. As soon as I made a last minute booking for same day
check in, they called me to make sure I was okay to find the place and
provided directions. When we checked in, we were upgraded to a bigger
room free of charge which is always a nice surprise. Town House Spagna
is a very cute boutique style hotel and has very pretty furnishings. We
had a short stay but it was a pleasant one.

It's amazing hotel! Specially 3d floor "Forest"! Even in hall you could understand that this hotel is right place for stay in Rom. We have booked Doubleroom Deluxe but hotel upgraded room till Junior suite without extra money! Suite has moved bed and jakuzzi like small pool! Hotel is only few minuts from Piazza Spagna, underground, shopping street, restaurants, Fontaine de Trevi etc. Personal is very friendly! We will be back one (or more) times for sure!

Great location - right in the center of everything yet in a quiet street. It was very small which we liked. We took a junoir suite, it was very good, spatious, clean and comfortable. Location was excellent for navigating around Rome. Right next to Ponte Umberto short walk to Castle Saint Angelou and Vatican, even shorter walk to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. We really enjoyed this hotel! Right from the entry way to the hotel room! The hotel is down a cobble stone street and you really get the feeling that you are in rome. The location is perfect! The breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. I stayed in two different hotels in Rome, and I preferred this hotel and location.
