  The staff were so welcoming and could not do enough for us. They even gave us drinks from our mini bar for free! Hotel also had free use of internet which came in usefull.

  Really clear, the room, the breakfast on the terrace. definitly all - It was all great - we arrived much earlier than the allowed booking time, but they let us leave our luggage there until the room was ready, and they made every effort to get our room ready quickly. Overall, a great place to stay!

  The look of the Hotel is very Modern and very Chic, it has beautiful art and the location was fantastic right by all the main attractions. The breakfast was wonderful with both hot and cold items available and as much expresso, coffee or tea as you could want.   Staffs and the Ms were very very kind, the hotel is very very near at all interested point, Duomo, Sant Lorent church, Old palace, etc..very near at the Stations. The room was cleaned.   The staff members were very helpful and speak good English. Before we even asked they offered us a city map and a list of opening hours of all museums/galleries. It's apparently a family run hotel and the owners're proud of their town. Great location, we could see the Medici Chapel from our window. We asked for a room facing the courtyard/cathedral during booking after seeing a review on letsbookhotel.com, and the hotel gave us a room on the top most floor with the best possible view :) Air conditioned room with soundproof windows. Breakfast is definitely worth the money for 5 euros per person. Laundromat and mini supermarket on same street. Good strong wifi.

  THe close location to the Duomo and the rest of Florence. Hearing the bells ring everyday. THe staff was so very friendly and helpful. The room was very simple but clean. The breakfast was adequate. Wish it had boiled eggs. The free breakfast was much better than expected, and very well stocked. Even the cappuccino was good! The bathroom was spacious clean and everything worked. For the price and location, I'd definitely recommend this place.
