  The staff were so welcoming and could not do enough for us. They even gave us drinks from our mini bar for free! Hotel also had free use of internet which came in usefull.

  Really clear, the room, the breakfast on the terrace. definitly all - It was all great - we arrived much earlier than the allowed booking time, but they let us leave our luggage there until the room was ready, and they made every effort to get our room ready quickly. Overall, a great place to stay!

  The look of the Hotel is very Modern and very Chic, it has beautiful art and the location was fantastic right by all the main attractions. The breakfast was wonderful with both hot and cold items available and as much expresso, coffee or tea as you could want.   THe close location to the Duomo and the rest of Florence. Hearing the bells ring everyday. THe staff was so very friendly and helpful. The room was very simple but clean. The breakfast was adequate. Wish it had boiled eggs.
