  It was very quiet away from all the maddening crowds, close to bank machines/metro stop and the romans away from the tourist sections were very nice. Also the rooms were very fresh/clean/air conditioning worked great after the heat/dust from the city. Breakfast was very good and if asking for a cappucino it was made for you.   Everything was perfect! The room was very nice and clean. Delicious breakfast with prosciutto, emmentaler cheese, homemade cakes and jams, fresh orange juice, nesspresso coffee... Very friendly and helpful staff, ensured our stay was extremely comfortable. Great internet connection as well. Great location to explore Rome. Nice, short walk to Vatic... vad folk säger » an, Piazza del Popolo, St. Angel's Castle and many other touristic sights. For those who don't like to walk, there is a metro station only 250m away. - This was the cheapest, best stay in Rome I have ever had. Great and quiet neighborhood, interesting and quirky place to stay--like sleeping at your lawyer's very nicely decorated office. Good location for Vatican. Nice selection of guidebooks which we used. Check out the local neighborhood dining options close-by!

  We wanted a place close enough to the Vatican City, metro and bus stop so we can eat breakfast in the morning and not come back until we were done enjoying Rome for the day. This is just what we wanted. Nice place, no luxuries but with great staff and outstanding service. Fresh espresso/capucino in the morning with continental breakfast. This was a last minute booking and I lucked out finding it since it was extremely busy in Rome on that weekend. I was very pleased with everything.

The proprietor Annamaria is a nice friendly person, though seeing her on two occasions only! She is very accommodating and willing to help and for that reason alone, we would be happy to give the business to her next time we go to Rome!
