  The location of the hotel was a major advantage - a 10 minute walk away from St Mark's Square, and all the shops that come in between. The staff were really friendly and cooperative. They even agreed to give us a light breakfast meal 45 minutes before it was actually due (we had to check out early). Lido is SO MUCH quieter than Venice, with a nice sandy public beach just 5 minutes the other direction. Otherwise, comfortable, quiet, the staff is anxious that I recommend.

  The room is spacious and very clean with excellent facilities. It is located in a very convenient area, which just takes several minutes to central Venice. They also offered breakfast buffet in a dining room which is very nice.
