  For the price we paid, to have air conditioning during summer and having our breafast served to our room was pleasantly surprising. We were also allowed to leave our luggage at the reception after checking out as our flight was late in the evening. - Close to transport and a supermarket.

  Accessible to several bus lines 10 mins to Termini, 20 mins to Vatican, 15 mins to Colosseum....the location is perfect. We found several inexpensive restaurants, local eats, supermarket a few feet from the Suite, we did not speak a word of Italian but all the people, restaurants, and locals would try to accommodate you. Fabrizio was extremely friendly and welcoming, and he waited for us on request, after the check-in time. There's a supermarket nearby where you find almost everything you need. The bus station connecting to Termini Station and the historical center was quite close (about 5 minutes by foot). It is nicely placed, the surroundings are very pleasant and silent.

  Very nice bed and breakfast just 10 minutes from Spanish steps and Villa Borghese. It is just opened and all new. Very nice design in the room we stayed, comfortable bed and home fragrance. . The location was very good - close enough to walk to the Spanish Steps and about 15 minutes to the Barberini subway station. It is just a bit away from the hectic touristy spots in Rome. On our last evening we ate at the restaurant next door Osteria Boncompagni - really great food. The only other people in the restaurant were Italians. The meal was the best - The Location was excellent for getting to the heart of Rome and a short walk to the rail station or bus system, or taxis. There were things to see and do as well as affordable eating places nearby. The breakfast was wonderful compared to what other hotels offered for breakfast. But the hotel staff was simply outstanding. I would definitely look forward to staying there the next time I visit Rome.

  Breakfast was very good and served on bed. Staff was very friendly. Very safe neighborhood, with the American embassy and other fancy pants hotels located nearby. 2,7 km from Colosseum, but a metro stop is nearby (to the Vatican, or Roma Termini and further).

The location is great--right next to Villa Borghese, a huge park where you can run, walk, ride bicycles (for rent), and cool off in the summer (there are museums and a zoo as well).
