It is our go to place for all Rome trips. - It was new, good bathroom and beds. We had a real ironing board and iron. Very quiet, no smoking, close to everything in central Rome, we walked to everything we wanted to see. Staff were good without fawning and obviously tip trawling. Most importantly it lived up to it's on line promotion, photos were honest.

  We stayed at Piazza Di Spagna for three nights and then returned for another night after travelling to Positano. The location is perfect, within walking distance to most of the tourist sites, the Metro and villa Borghese which is a great place to take the kids. the room is spacious, clean and modern. The staff is exceptionally nice, and the owner Giovanna takes care of any request you might have.   Absolutely perfect. Located just around the corner from termini and beside metro stop it was very easy to move around the city. The apartment was so clean and spacious. Our bedroom was perfect , nice and cool, nice touch was a mini fridge in our room. We didn't hear anyone else in the apartment even though we know other people were staying. Br... vad folk säger » eakfast was nice and to be honest I read a lot of reviews slating the breakfast but I found nothing wrong with it. Who wants to eat a big breakfast o - We are absolutely fascinated by the administrator Mabel, which prompted, helped and was always kind and smiling. I like everything: clean rooms, air conditioning and fan, clean comfortable bathroom (even though it was separate from the room), breakfast with everything we need. The hotel's location is also great - from the Termini station you can easily get to other parts of Rome, other cities and regions of Italy as well as to airports.

  Excellent value for money and a very clean room.Staff very helpfull and the location close to the station gave a good base for travel. - Everyone was extremely personable! They were informative and helpful, and the rooms were beautiful...everything I hoped it would be.
