  For the price we paid, to have air conditioning during summer and having our breafast served to our room was pleasantly surprising. We were also allowed to leave our luggage at the reception after checking out as our flight was late in the evening. - Close to transport and a supermarket.

  Accessible to several bus lines 10 mins to Termini, 20 mins to Vatican, 15 mins to Colosseum....the location is perfect. We found several inexpensive restaurants, local eats, supermarket a few feet from the Suite, we did not speak a word of Italian but all the people, restaurants, and locals would try to accommodate you. Fabrizio was extremely friendly and welcoming, and he waited for us on request, after the check-in time. There's a supermarket nearby where you find almost everything you need. The bus station connecting to Termini Station and the historical center was quite close (about 5 minutes by foot). It is nicely placed, the surroundings are very pleasant and silent.

  Room was nice and had a balcony to look out onto Via Sicilia. Memory foam matterce and air conditioning. Very comfortable. Semi central location. As with anything in Rome, with a bit of planning you can make it suit. We found it best to walk into town and get the bus back in the evenings.   The staff was most courteous and helpful. The hotel was a short walk to Villa Borghese, the principle point for my visit to Rome - Location just outside of main tourist area but surrounded by many restaurants and theatres was excellent. Local transport to all areas was also good. Staff very helpful at all hours.

  Great location! We were able to walk to almost everywhere. Close to all of the historical sights, food and shopping. If you could not get there by foot, the subway and busses were easily accessible. The staff were absolutely amazing! You felt like you were visiting family.   This time we wanted to save more money for shopping and decided to take a risk by selecting inexpensive hotel. We were lucky, it was the perfect choice! Peaceful location in the center of the city. Next to the local market and many excellent cafes. Very friendly host. We received help in everything, even more! We received a lot of advice.
