  We had a superior double room (302 a) with a view overlooking the Spanish steps. Room was clean and comfortable with a relaxing white design. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Spagna Suites is next to to the luxurious shopping district with all the famous Italian designe - The hotel was clean and pretty. The location could not be any better, as it is right across from the Spanish Steps and the Spagna train stop. The first person who was at the desk when I arrived was incredibly helpful and nice, and had them clean my room for me first, since I was so tired from my plane ride. He also told me where I could go at night that was not full of tourists. The breakfast served in my room was also very nice.

  Nice knowledgeable and friendly staff( Russian, English, Italian), great location( we lived in the same building with Prada and Caffe Greco), nice clean room, cozy Italian bar for breakfast.   I learned of this hotel from friends who had stayed at the Margutta 54 property (run by the same people) and I must say my experience exceeded my expectations. The rooms are beautiful, big and stylish for a fabulous price. Most importantly it lived up to it's on line promotion, photos were honest.

Located about 100 meters from the Spanish Steps and a comfortable 2.5 km walk from both the Vatican and colleseum this hotel is quiet (good double glazed and sound proofed windows) and only comprises 5 rooms.
