The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 -12 min walk from Florence SMN train station. The hotel is on the third floor of the building without elevator, but the owner has helped with our luggage, so it was not an issue at all. Very clean and quiet. The Locanda dei Guelfi proved to be a good choice for us and we enjoyed
our stay there. You never know quite what to expect even if you have
read the reviews before you go. We had no difficulty in finding the
hotel and the steps up to the third floor were not an issue for us
although I can see that it might be a problem for some. The location is
excellent although the area is quite busy but this was not a problem for
us. The room and facilities were very clean and the bed was very
comfortable.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. We had a late check-in (around 9pm at night) and Trentatre advised it wasn't a problem. On arrival, Josie was there to greet us who lives on site. Josie prepares the breakfast and is lovely.

From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed and told about local restaurants and places to see. The room was wonderful - high ceilings , big comfortable bed and lovely decor.The room was big and spacious with a wonderful bathroom. Easy walking distance to the main attractions of Florence - the C 2 - small buses - stops close by if too tired to walk back to the hotel at the end of the day.Plenty of places to eat. Would recommend Trentatre.

We had a little 'house' (probably well converted garage) in the garden, which was delightful. It also contained a mini kitchen. We were able to park the car just in front of this in the garden. Good quality and very 'civilised' breakfast. Longish, but good, walk into town.

The room was excellent very spacious and clean. What made our stay perfect was the owner antonella- such a lovely lady. She was very helpful in what to see and recommended some great places to eat. Location was good easy to get around by bus or walking. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when back in florence.

Florence Dream Domus was the best hotel we stayed in during our entire
Europe trip. The location is fantastic, the place is quaint, art-deco
and very chic, and a word of appreciation is due for the
Manager's/ overseer's of the property, Mr. Lorenzo & Ms.
Laura. We have never met such helpful, considerate or polite hotel staff
ever, even in luxury hotels. They went out of their way to may our stay
memorable! We strongly recommend the place.

Great holiday and in a great location, very close to everything. The manager is very friendly and full of good advice for seeing the best of Florence. Remember if you want to go to good restaurants, you have to book in advance, 3 of our top 5 were fully booked on the occasions we just turned up even on normal weekdays ;) Loved Florence and looking

All the hotel staff were very friendly and the location was close to lots of tourist attractions and the price for such a good stay for a good value. The owner had been really friendly and helpful and had showed us all the main tourist attractions to go to. Overall this has been an Excellent stay and we would definitely come and stay here again when we come to Florence next time.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The hotel, in a relatively quiet street, is just a 10min walk from the main features of Florence (Dome, Ponte Vecchio, etc.). The rooms are spatious and nicely and warmly decorated. The hotel has an attractive (small) rooftop terrace. We had a wonderful stay. -

There is only one thing to say: we booked one night but decided to stay for three! Very stylish, very cozy, very friendly! The warm and friendly welcomming together with the fine atmosphere make this villa a really nice and relaxed landmark within a beautiful but buisy town. world championships during our stay, many streets in the city center
were blocked. The owner of the hotel met us outside the city center and

Arriving at the Residenza, we realized how central the hotel really is -

A perfect location to see Florence as it was in the centre for shopping and sightseeing. Extremely clean with modern fittings and nothing was too much trouble for the host . It was a bit tricky finding the location and bags have to be taken up I flight of stairs in order to reach the lift . The concierge is only there for limited hours.. But none of this worried us as the location and standard of facilities was well worth it .
