  Paolo and Francesca were simply outstanding. They were friendly, helpful and made me feel like i'm at home. The hotel is also a stone's throw away from the Firenze SMN station, which made it a breeze to take day trips. It is asmall hotel and they care about their guests. The rooms were beautiful,immaculate, air-conditioned and spacious for a great price.   Mysig familjeägt litet hotell i hjärtat av Florens. Bra valuta för pengarna. - The owners Nadine and Giovanni were so helpful with everything from adapter plugs to bookings for all the local attractions. A very pleasant experience all round. I would highly recommend this hotel. It would cater for all kinds of travellers. - This was a super little hotel tucked away in a lnarrow back street and extremely quiet considering it was only a minutes walk to San Lorenzo. Room was spotlessly clean commodious and comfortable. Breakfast could have done with some croissants but apart from that a thoroughly enjoyable stay
