  At the beginning,let's agree we ain't gonna lie each other. Ok? When I was seeking some Hostel in Milano,I saw 'Star Hostel' like possibility. Because I saw the map,it's close to city center,and price is ok. I have read some reviews of ex guests...They told-the neighborhood was dangerous,too much noise,dirty room,dirty bathroom,dirty kitchen and e... vad folk säger » tc.   The host is very nice. He answered lots of our inquiries, like the route to the airport, the post office etc. And he always gave us a warm smile that make us feeling great. - The staff is friendly. He apologized for the mistake he did with timing due to daylight saving.

  Plenty! Firstly, I received a very prompt and professional response to an e-mail sent advising of my late check-in time. When I arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming and spoke brilliant English (my Italian is virtually non-existent). My room was very spacious and was absolutely immaculate. The bed was spacious and comfortable and my room had an efficient air-conditioning system (it was 35-40°C during my stay so this made a mass - The room size - it's by far the biggest room I've ever had in Italy. The room is clean, cozy and well illuminated. There're enough wall sockets in the room and they're conveniently located. Wifi very stable and it's free. One of the staff was helpful. He showed me the buses and the shopping areas with a map. In your room there's a map which shows the bus routes and the nearby restaurants. The hotel is very responsive to emails, which I really appreciate. Location is okay if you don't mind stay
