Our flight from the us was canceled so we missed the first night and arrived to Rome early in the morning. The sweet lady at the front desk could not have been more helpful or kind. She bumped us up to a room with a better view, let us get breakfast while we waited and then got us into our room as soon as she could. The hotel is so close to the Coliseum and was in a quiet area.   The location was perfect - a short walk to almost everything! Even the things that were "far" were only a 20 minute walk.   Staff were very friendly and helpful. Superior rooms were large with nice bathrooms. We walked to lots of major attractions: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colloseum and Roman Forums were all 15 - 20 minutes easy walk away. My wife and daughters found plenty of shopping nearby, especially on and around Via Nazionale which is 40m f - Nice and cozy rooms with new modern furniture. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended very good restaurants in Rome and also helped us find some of the locations we wanted to visit. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking. Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.
