  Staff were very friendly and helpful. Superior rooms were large with nice bathrooms. We walked to lots of major attractions: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colloseum and Roman Forums were all 15 - 20 minutes easy walk away. Metro also two blocks away for a 7 minute trip to the Vatican Metro station. Hotel breakfast was continental but sufficient a... vad folk säger » nd nice and easy before starting the day. My wife and daughters found plenty of shopping nearby, especially on and around Via Nazionale which is 40m f - Nice and cozy rooms with new modern furniture. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended very good restaurants in Rome and also helped us find some of the locations we wanted to visit. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking. Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.

  The room was fantastic and the staff were friendly and very helpful - Rooms should be re-fresh to maintain the 5 stars ! Rooms in front of themain station are too nuisy !

  everything was perfect , very beutiful rooms and very big , the whole hotel was huge , great location and very close to all atractions in rome and shopping areas . a very nice shop at the reception with designers bags . - The rooms (we had four) were all large and very well appointed.   Absolutely amazing day spa area - awesome pool and so much access to relaxing areas. Food is brilliant in the restaurant. I celebrated my 21st bday in the restaurant and they brought me out a cake free of charge! And the room was perfect - so huge and very comforting. Loved the hotel overall though! Staff = brilliant. Make you feel - I loved the attention to detail in the designof the hotel. Extremely stylish and very new. The staff were charming and helpful and the location was great. We walked to every llandmark.... No need for taxis!

  at first there was a missunderstanding for our reservation but eventually everything were ok and we had an upgrated room. - Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent service!

  Most helpful staff-especially front desk (helping me to stay in the sort of quite and large room that I would prefer and advising me good for value excellent restaurants that locals enjoy) and 'concierge' ready to help with anything you ask. Walking distance from all major sights. Staff spoke all languages and was well trained and super friendly . Rooms and beds were amazingly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and dedinitely a must. Views of Rome from hotel were breathtaking . A must stay when visiting Rome.

  The staff was amazing, extremely helpful, always smiling and attentive. The location was not bad, although restaurants around were not that great but it was a nice walk to piazza spagna and the shopping area which was very convenient. - Everything, great location, 3 minute walk to villa borghese and 10 minute walk to fontana di trevi and spanish ... vad folk säger » steps.   Very stylish architecture, extremely well kept garden and swimming pool, beautifully designed interior and rooms, comfortable beds, good sound-proofing, excellent breakfast (probably the best hotel breakfast we've ever had), very good restaurant (though we tried only the "casual" one), entire staff very service-minded and friendly, free shuttle in... vad folk säger » to town, free gym open 24hrs and last but not least: the location! You can even see the top of the St. Peter's while swimming in the pool. - I had three wonderful days here and already want to go back. My room was compact but very comfortable and clean. I had a facial and a manicure and it was real luxury. The pool is fantasic for the centre of Rome as it allows you to have the best of both worlds. City at night /Poolside relaxation during the day
