  Location was about 10 mins walk from St. Marks Square. Close yet far enough away from crowds. Rooms were lovely.Ours was small but had view of canal while our friends had a huge room to make up for lack of view, I reckon! Personally, I loved room with a view. Staff very helpful and breakfast very tasty. All in all, great value.

  You are quite free to have your own preferences in foods: facilities for cooking are great. You feel quite relaxed as you are in your home and the beautiful venice has come to you! We were two young couples - one with a four year old child - and the appartment made our trip really easy.   The location was ideal, 5-10mins walk from where the airport transfer boat drops you off, and the same distance to the famous Rialto Bridge. All staff were very friendly, welcoming and had good English. The thick curtains, very effective against early morning sunshine and light sleepers. No sound carried through the walls. Bottles of water from the mini bar in the room were cheap - It is a beautiful hotel tucked away on a quiet street back in the smaller canals. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is plentiful and delicious. It is also near the main hospital of Venice, which was an unexpected blessing for us during our stay.
