  The receptionist (Laura) was instantly welcoming and helpful, always with a smile and words of advice. Parking (for 2 cars only) was permitted on the hotel's tiled area behind a dwarf wall safely shielding you from the traffic on the narrow street. The hotel is carpeted throughout and felt relaxed generally. Breakfast was good quality and well sto... vad folk säger » cked and there was no time pressure to leave, even after 11am (it was meant to close at 10am), though the choice was a little limited. Easy 5/10 minut - The location was very good: 5 minutes walk to the port and few minutes from the train station. All the people working there speak good English, that is not very often for Italy. Near by (like 2 minutes walk) was really good and cheap pizza restaurant. Nice city to visit - also because of good connection to other cities near by. For breakfast you can ask for good coffee, tea or hot milk. Nice design: cats everywhere ... also 2 alive ;-) You've got your own balcony in the room.

  The owner's and staff were excellent. Check-in and parking were handled smoothly. Location of hotel was perfect, with great views of the sea. Rooms were clean, bright, and very well laid out.   The garden for both breakfast and dinner was magical. Right opposite the promenade you could walk everywhere... And catch the ferry across the bays to cinque Terre, Portofino and St Margarite. The owners are wonderful and they are very helpful in doing all they can to make your stay enjoyable. The bus system is also very easy to use to visit Rapallo and Portofino. - The service was sooo wonderful. The owner and her husband treated us so good during our stay. She delivered breakfast to our room (homemade croussants and much more) The rooms were so comfy newly renovated and decorated so nice. My favorite was the soft blankets and comfortable kink size beds also a large bathroom. Definate thumbs up!

Our room was spacious with a balcony overlooking the garden , but the bathroom was very small.We had aiconditioning which worked well and a fridge in the room . I would recommend this hotel. - The location of this hotel was perfect as it was slightly away from the main port but was only a 5 minute walk through the peaceful park to get there. It is a beautiful, traditional Italian home with very Italian furnishings and a charming couple who run the hotel. We loved the sense that we were in their home yet there was a good sense of privacy. I would highly recommend this hotel.
