  Unfortunately we had problems with other booking so we did reservation in Residence the same evening we arrived. The reception has been already closed but manager came from home to organize check in. The day of departure we called manager to ask about a possibility to leave our luggage and because we were with small kids they allowed to stay until... vad folk säger » the evening without additional charge. The location is fantastic,50 meters from Collosseo, the facilities are basic but you don't need more for a sho - Everything was perfect! the staff was very hepfull and the trasportation that the hotel arranged was very convenience.   Evreything was just perfect, I am very happy with my choice.We stayed in the double bedroom apartment.The position is fantastic, 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum and the subway station, also a very good start for a tour of the ancient attractions of Rome as many touristical objectives are walking distance.The apartment was great, big and spacious... vad folk säger » , 2 bedrooms, a livingroom, bathroom and kitchen, very clean, being cleaned every day and also laying on a quite quiet street in the noisy center of R - We were staying in the Colosseum Garden II: 2-bedroom apartment. The apartment is very big, clean and cozy, comes with a nice and equipped kitchen. Towers were changed everyday and beds were made. Hot water for shower was good and consistent. There was a notice not to touch the switch for the hot water in the bathroom. Just take note that the switch has to be constantly "ON". We stayed here for 7 days and managed to extend for another 2 days (I have a job assignment in Rome). Would love to sta

All equipments were fully functionnal. The apartment itself was very cute and spacious. Large and comfortable king bed, nice bathroom, and full working kitchen. Again, the staff was fest when leaving, called a cab for us and made everything very easy! Will come back!
