  I had a very pleasant stay at Caligola resort and hereby recommend it to everyone! The location is just great, nearby to Trastevere. Room was perfect, with a good bed and bathroom, big TV and nice balcony. Everything was cleaned daily. Roberto, the owner and his daughter and son are very friendly and helpful.   Staff- Stefano was extremely helpful made absolutely everything we needed available including late check-out.   We stayed in this hotel with my wife for three nights. It's somewhat further from the center and good 15-minute walk from the metro but we enjoy walking and didn't find this annoying. The hotel deserves its three stars, we loved being there. Rooms are ok size, spacious bathrooms. In the area nearby we found the places to eat out without problems and for quite affordable - I 've known the hotel for the last 10 years. This is an old classical furnished hotel but well maintain. Breakfast improved in quality and variety but the fruit juice. The internet access too. I like the garden with free parking access. Good location with a car as few minutes away from the center and easy to exit from the Tuscolana (Naples, Ciampino) or Marco Polo (eur, Pomezia, Fiumicino). Price can be very competive and attractive

  The hotel is located in Chinatown, near the railway / train station Termini. The hotel occupies the first two floors in an apartment building. The reception and dining room are on the 2nd floor, and we lived on the first floor. There is a lift. Furniture and bathroom in the room is in good condition. It is a family business and they make sure you are taken care of. The breakfast was good, enough to hold you till lunch. Around the corner was 2 very good restaurants.   The location, top notch! The flexibility offered by it's proximity to numerous of the important and historical sights of Rome, made Hotel Adriano the best hotel option for us. We highly recommend Hotel Adriano to all travelers. The Pantheon, Trevy Fountain, and Spanish Steps are all within a short 15 minute walk (or less!); even The Vatican is ... vad folk säger » about a 20 minute walk; and the Colesseum is about 30 minutes...we never needed a taxi, and that was a huge advantage at staying at Hotel Adriano. Delux Room had plenty of space and comfortable, albeit 2 single beds pushed together, rather than the double we were expecting. Air conditioning was a life saver in the heat.   I liked the fact that it was a four star hotel(sometimes hotel ratings don't reflect the reality).The location was excellent, no tourist around so we got to eat and drink with the locals.Also it was easy to move around,bus 105 was right in front of the hotel and would bring you everywhere.I Didn't use the Restaurant in the hotel so I can't comment... vad folk säger » on that. Although it is further out from city central, it is easy to take the bus. Don't listen to reviews saying it is in a bad area - we had no issues and even walked around at night (we were just two females). Yes there is graffiti but it is everywhere. The breakfast was the best we had in Italy, the staff was super friendly (be sure to get a map at reception - we didn't use anything else and left our bulky travel books in the room) and the rooms clean and modern

  It was my husband's and my first trip to Rome. The location to the Vatican n most of the famous sights in Rome was fantastic. It took us 10 mins to walk to meet our tour guide for the St Peter Bacilica and Sistine Chapel tour. We walked everywhere, as it was .very easy and convenient. Great variety of breakfast (we were able to choose what we would like). Big and clean room! Nice view from the window. Gabi and all the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel!
