  The location was number 1, followed closely by a wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. Every single person I met in the hotel was nice and they went out of their way to orient me in Milan. The rooms were modern and spotless. I have already reccomended La Madoninna to everyone that mentions possibly going to Milan.   The location is THE unique selling point of this hotel, it's within a couple of minutes walk of the Duomo etc. Always felt very safe as it's on a busy street. They especially called a person knowing Indian Language(Hindi) so that we do not have any difficulty in communicating things. The Hotel is located in a quiet place and is close to "Pace" , a happe - It's an ideal place/location for people on business trip. However if you want to give access to people who are doing business shopping it would be good to have facilities such as scale to check weight of luggage, a place to pack luggages, it can be outside or in the parking. Otherwise fantastic!!! English language has been a plus for your customers.
