  Absolutely amazing day spa area - awesome pool and so much access to relaxing areas. Food is brilliant in the restaurant. I celebrated my 21st bday in the restaurant and they brought me out a cake free of charge! And the room was perfect - so huge and very comforting. Location isn't bad especially considering it's so close to the Termini metro sta... vad folk säger » tion but it doesn't feel very centrally located so you need to train it most places. Loved the hotel overall though! Staff = brilliant. Make you feel - I loved the attention to detail in the designof the hotel. Extremely stylish and very new. The staff were charming and helpful and the location was great. We walked to every llandmark.... No need for taxis!

  everything was perfect , very beutiful rooms and very big , the whole hotel was huge , great location and very close to all atractions in rome and shopping areas . a very nice shop at the reception with designers bags . - The rooms (we had four) were all large and very well appointed.   Trevlig personal, bra service (bla behövde vi en korskruv till en vinflaska vi hade köpt under dagen. Jag ringde ner till receptionen och det gick inte mer än 3 minuter så kom någon och hjälpte oss med att öppna flaskan.) Personalen arbetade med ett leende och sen servicevilja mestadels.   Our first taste of Europe 14th June 2013 before our tour started 17June was staying at this Hotel , what a wonderful start to our holiday the staff amazing hotel beautiful location fabulous .   The room was fantastic and the staff were friendly and very helpful - Rooms should be re-fresh to maintain the 5 stars ! Rooms in front of themain station are too nuisy !

Metro VERY close to use for Vatican,Colosseum,etc. Had family room for 4 - seperate bed and a couch for 10 and 13 year-old kids, heavy curtain between kids' beds and adult bed, 2 balcony doors to view of St. Peter's, quiet and blinds/curtains for darkening.
