  Excellent spot for a romantic weekend stay. LiRioni is situated close to the Colloseum and Forum Romanum, in a quiet surroundings. The owners were very friendly and extremely helpful and the place itself was amazing! Clean and newly renovated rooms, very comfortable and equipped like at least a 4*+ hotel. LiRioni is located on the 4th floor (the highest, there is an elevator) and has a cute little kitchen and dining room on the top - Very nice apartment next to the Colosseum on the fourth floor of the building (there is an elevator). Rooms are new and clean. The apartment has a beautiful terrace on the roof exactly as seen on the pictures. The apartment is located on the small quite street, so there is no noise from the street at night. Wifi is as fast as tornado. The hostess Valentina is very friendly, helpful and guest-oriented. We will definitely stay at Li Rioni B&B on our next visit to Rome.

  "At forty-one" is not a "classic" hotel but 6 luxurious apartments in the forth floor of a nice building just 100m from the metro and within walking distance from everything in Rome. Fantastic customer service; looked after from well before our arrival. Decoration is in accordance to what is published. Highly suggested..... - Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini. The staff was very friendly and nice, room super-clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy. In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)

  Very helpful friendly staff. Ideal location to find and to see sights from. Good, clean rooms. - We had a very good stay at Residenza Ki - the hotel is in an excellent location, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Gigi).   We really enjoyed our stay - sleek, modern facilities hidden in inside an old, regal-looking building. We really liked walking through the door into the cool stone entrance hall and stairwell after a long day of walking around in the heat. Also, great location! It was also such a treat to have a huge breakfast (including eggs and - The Best Pantheon was in such a great location, we had everything on our doorstep. It was beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was brilliant, we got too much and ended up bringing fruit and pastries out with us while we strolled around. It was a little bit more expensive than other places we had looked at but was well worth the extra money.   The room was just fabulous. Obviously newly renovated, and done so with great thought and love, the location is excellent right in the heart of Rome. We stayed in silver room, which pleasantly surprised me with its size, decoration, impeccable cleanliness, and the view. Extremely welcoming - These are apartments, and not a typical hotel as there is no on-site overnight management. Aside from that, the rooms were modern and spacious, beds were comfortable, bathroom had modern features and our room overlooked a busy Rome street. Ronan couldn't have been more helpful and arranged to have a car take us to the airport, which was much less that a taxi would cost. Overall a great hotel with an excellent location to all the best that Rome has to offer. Public transit is close and easy to u
