Babu stood up for his reputation being an excelent host. Room is
spacious, clean, simple and eficient, relaxing big double bed, bathroom
clean and large. Tv + a/c very good. Also wifi connection. The
location is excellent. 3 blocks from termini. I searched Google Earth
before and it was easy to get there. Also the breakfast was nice and in

I stayed there over the weekend with my friend. We appreciated their flexibility; we did not have to pay extra for late arrival (around 22pm Friday), we could leave our luggage after check-out until late afternoon hours of the day of departure. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.

Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. Location is excellent (close to Rome Termini, subway lines and many attractions; has a supermarket nearby). Perfect location within walking distance to the station, but so very quiet. The rooms were large and very nicely presented. Would definitely stay there again and would recommend to friends. Breakfast was superb! Good restaurants nearby too. Our group of 4 were delighted to find such a gem in Rome.

The location was nice and the hotel was fairly easy to find. The staff was also friendly and offered to carry our luggages inside. The building has this nice old-style elevator which can be a nuisance for some people (it's quite small) but it's enough for the luggage which is nice. -

It was very clean, they cleaned the bathroom and changed the towels
everyday and also made the beds every day. We had warm water all the
time, they also had a kitchen with fridge, cooker and microwave oven. We
stayed in a 2 rooms apartment and we had shared bathroom but that was

Location right around the corner from Rome Termini Station. Easy access to trains, Metro, Express Buses to both airports. Very helpful, friendly front desk. Specialy Mr.Ali was a great man with useful information Supermarket,and Post Office very close. Felt very safe at night. Would stay again.

"What you see when booking is what you get", It's close to the train station and Metro. Very clean , friendly welcome, Breakfast quite basic but fresh pastries and coffee set out which you collect and eat in your room.

The hotel is about 15 minute walk from the main train station Termini which can be used to explore all of Rome.
The Hotel is 4 star and it shows. The breakfast was excellent and the service outstanding.
We actually didn't have a hotel room but stayed at the Apartments managed by the hotel (400 metres) away.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and did there best to meet our
needs they also gave information about tours. The porter made no fuss
about bringing our bags to the room and helped my sisterinlaw to connect
to the internet .the room lovely clean and bed comfortable also had a
taxi take us to the airport when leaving .

We have spent in Morelli our honeymoon and everything was very nice! The
location is very good! The room was comfortable, not noisy, cleaning was
done every day! Breakfast was quite simple (served in our room), but it
was no problem, cause there was a fridge in our room to keep our

I love the cappuccino and croissant for breakfast. Do not miss those!
The location is pretty strategic with Via Veneto just a 5-minute walk
away. At first I had my misgivings about the safety of the area as I
was on my own, but I think it is much better compared to those nearer
to Termini.

The man who helped with the check in also brought us to our room and gave us an overview of the facilities. He was really friendly and detailed. - Everything. The room is big enough (Europe standard), the bed is absolutely comfortable and the shower is mmmmmmm... what a great experience after walking Rome. The bathroom, the huge TV, the DVD... everything is new and modern. Really clean. The coffee and tea facilities are very good to take something quikcly and start exploring Rome without delay. The staff was really kind and helpful.
